Any idea where I can get the numbered brake indicator ring for a new President baitcaster? Mine flew off into the lake. Pure Fishing told me my model was old and they don’t make parts. That’s not true. It’s the same model that they sell on their website. Now they ignore my emails. Any place else?? Thanks

If I need parts for my Pflueger casting reels - this is my first stop

I think you may be SOL. I believe that piece is actually contained in the frame, like the button symbol on a Lew's reel. You would have to buy the side frame as a whole part.  I would suggest looking for a used reel on ebay. It might be cheaper.

E-replacement parts like MN fished stated seems to handle all of the doyo made parts in the states.

I didn’t mention it was the first time I used it.

Okay - a little investigating and I found out something.

The Brake Indicator Ring is not sold as a separate part by anyone - it's integral to the side plate. You'd need to order a whole new side plate to get that back.

Or dial all the way clockwise - Sharpie to mark "0"

All the way counterclockwise - Sharpie to mark "10"

Take reel and receipt back where you purchased the reel and exchange it.

This should be a warranty claim. Pure Fishing said my part wasn’t covered. I read the warranty. That’s not true. I’m done with them. Terrible customer service. I know it doesn’t affect the performance, it just looks crappy
