928JLH Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 Any tips/pointers on sealing a leak? I was thinking I should just run some epoxy or super glue around the line tie eye, hook eye, and joint area. I have no idea where the leak is. Very slow and it is empties after a few days. The lure has never banged into anything. Quote
KDW96 Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 After its good and dry. Try putting a coat of dish soap on it. Look for any air bubbles. Or dunk it in water. Just aliitle soap and water works great for air leaks. Epoxy to seal. 1 Quote

Find the hole - if it is at one of the pieces of hardware you need to remove it, drill it out and fill with epoxy and redrill. If it is a crack, you are in trouble. The other option is to drill a decent size hole and fill it with spray foam and then seal the hole with epoxy. 1 Quote
