Super User J Francho Posted April 19, 2023 Super User Posted April 19, 2023 I had the same boat, but with a ProMax 2.5 l. I got 84.7 with a buddy's prop. That thing must move! 1 Quote
Junk Fisherman Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 Depends if anything breaks or not. I've had days where I would much rather have left the boat in the garage and went to work. Quote

Zcoker Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 Some of these human skin hook-ups are totally insane....many of them totally avoidable, imho. I've seen many a fisherman reach down into the water and grab a bass by the lower jaw with trebles flapping all over the place....same thing when reaching into a net to grab a fish, trebles flapping all over the place just begging for a home! Gotta anticipate this! The anticipation does help to avoid it altogether. Quote

Maybe a dozen or more instances, none ever involved a fish 1 Quote

Now, I've had some good days at work that would definitely come out on top in that scenario, but I think in the long run, it would still easily average out a net positive. Though, I would probably switch to barbless hooks. You need to look for a new job! 1 Quote
