If we're talking just a 1 second clip two good ones pop into my head...

The gigantic blow up when a big snapping turtle hit my frog I had thrown in between the roots of an overturned tree. It was on a river and I had just missed a smallie in the same spot, threw back and nothing...saw something big splash in the middle of the river so I made a few casts before I threw right back to where I had missed that one. First twitch and I think I've yet to see a top water blow up quite that big since. I've got a picture of it somewhere when I got it up to the boat and then questioned how I was going to unhook it. The turtle had enough and swiped at the frog with it's paw/foot and popped the hook out itself.

The other moment was catching a northern without actually hooking it. Took my great uncles out fishing, one was fishing on the back deck and the other was just along for the ride so he was sitting behind the passenger console. We were coming up on an opening were you usually catch one out of and I told them so. Seconds later as I picked my bait out of the water a northern jumped to try to get it, smacked the windshield in front of my one uncle, just about scaring him half to death, and proceeded to start flopping on the front deck.

I can think of a few times. One being one of biggest bass from the kayak. I was working a strike king bullworm rigged weightless really quickly across the surface and she came up from behind in and chased it, waking, with her mouth open a couple feet before she finally got in in. I thought I had a giant when I saw her head, but she ended up being a really skinny fish with a huge head. She was only in the mid-6's, but I've seen many fish that broke 10lbs with a smaller mouth than hers. The best part was I was on speakerphone with my best friend when she hit and he got to hear everything go down. He was some kind of jealous. ???

this last week.  the unbelievable happened.  my brother and i were both throwing topwater.  we crossed our lines,  as my brother was about to bring his bait in to seperate everything before it became a tangled mess., he got hit.  big fish on.  the fish went for a run, which moved my bait.. another fish took my bait as the 1st fish was dragging it.   luckily my fish dove deeper and we didnt get tangled.

i think this is the first time i have seen one fish catch another fish on a topwater.

30 years ago fishing around some docks at the boat club campground with my cousins. 1 of my cousins had a snoopy rod, we were around 10 but the rod they make for 5 year old. Dude hooked the biggest catfish I’ve still ever seen. Reeled it all the way to the dock holding on for dear life until the rod or line, dont remember which, broke. The whole campground was on that dock cheering. Until they all walked away shaking their heads.

The best skip I've ever done with a fluke, it must have bounced eight or nine times. Twice twitches and a 4lb bass latches on. Felt like being in a youtube short.

I caught a 40lb+ blue catfish on a small rattle trap using a Shimano Sahara 500 and 6lb test mono. It took some good old fashioned luck and about 30-45 min to get it in. It destroyed both the reel and the rod I was using but it was a blast.

I had a long cast over a point and didn't notice that there was a thin branch sticking out from a near tree.  My bait was hanging over said branch and slightly in the water when it got nailed by a good size bass.  Water was about 6" deep, but still managed to land that stupid bass even though my line was still over the branch the whole time.

My buddy and I were fishing from a 12' rowboat. We were anchored in about 3 feet of water, casting out into a channel that was about 8 feet deep. I had 3 rods rigged up. I was casting with one rod, and the other two were resting against the gunnel. One of the rods was rigged with a large Hula Popper which was just touching the surface of the water next to the boat. All of a sudden a decent bass decided to grab the Hula Popper. Scared the heck out of me, and almost popped the rod out of the boat. I dropped the rod I was using, grabbed the one the bass had hit, and swung a 2lb+ bass into the boat. I though my buddy was going to have a fit. Turned out to be the biggest bass we caught all day.
