TN bassmaster Posted April 9, 2023 Posted April 9, 2023 Bought this rod for flipping nothing was wrong with it just wanted something else all the guides are in good shape and the biggest area of wear is some slight darkening on the cork looking to sell it for 250.
Cbump Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 I’m not seeing a 7’6” extra heavy on TW. Is It a heavy?

The only 7'6" X-Heavy I see even on Shimano's site is a Mod-Fast. https://fish.shimano.com/content/fish/northamerica/us/en/homepage/Shimano_Product_Page.P-EXPRIDE_CASTING_B.html 1

TN bassmaster Posted April 13, 2023 Author Posted April 13, 2023 I think I have a fluke or they are just wrong with the rating lol
softwateronly Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 @CbumpI have the 7'6XH in the A series. It is mod/fast, sensitive, balanced, and powerful. Works really well for me pitching into cover. I also found it to be an excellent soft swimbait rod. A 6-7" scottsboro, magdraft, trashfish, hudd 68, etc on a beasthook is perfect for throwing all day. Have easily pushed 2.5oz on my baits. scott 2
