Where do you buy metal sheets to stamp out your own spoons? Looking for .01-.04" thick to replicate some JDM micro spoons (5/8" & 0.5-1g).

Try McMaster carr. A little pricey generally but you can get whatever you want.

Just be warned - they ship no other way than Next Day and charge for it.

I was going to order some stuff from M-Carr when I was rebuilding the F-9 - $64 order...they wanted $50 for shipping...I called to see if they'd ship it ground as I didn't need it right away - and the CS rep said 'That's the only way we ship...sorry.'

Canceled the order and went with Fastenal.

Our Lowes & Home Depot have sheet aluminum, usually 2'x2' pieces.

Try Ace Hardware if you have one.  They usually stock stuff like brass sheets and strips in various sizes.
