Try looking behind the handle between the drag star. If there is no nut on the front, then sometimes there's two screws on the back of the handle that hold it on.

I am trying to get the handle off my 2006 Quantum Energy Baitcaster. There is no nut like other reels have. Anyone able to help?

Try this. Tighten down the drag star. Right against the back of the handle find a washer riding against it. This washer is keyed to the crankshaft on its through-hole and is spring loaded to keep it against the handle. Its face facing the handle has teeth matching the handle that also has teeth. They mate which keeps the handle from spinning free of the crankshaft. The gap you've created by tightening the dragstar will allow you to back this keyed/tooth washer away from the handle and towards the frame. Once you've done that, reverse the handle off which is threaded to the crankshaft.

That’s right.  Next will be getting the nose piece off the level wind. Standing by
