The Beeble is the full size version. The Chibeeble is a much smaller, finesse version. Beeble is pictured.

For me its my custom poisontail mold turned into spinnerbait. But thats because i can make them however i want and i can add in the double wire trailer keeper to boot. DIY might be the road for you too.

Stanley ?

If you like willow blades, this and a Terminator.

For one with Colorado blades, the Hart Throb gives off a ton of vibration even though it's blade is more like a turtleback.

Are you aware Stanley makes a Vibra-Shaft Spinnerbait with Premium deep cupped Colrado Blades?

I'm sure I could fish most spinnerbaits out of the package and catch fish

I know this isn’t everybody favorite but I like the Walmart ones. They are usually around $1.00 apiece and you get different colors and blades, I probably have 2 of each. You can tweak them, switch blades, add beads or what not.
Couple pair of pliers handful of spinner baits and I can have fun on a bad weather day.
They do catch fish, and they have buzz baits too.

For the last couple of years I've thrown nothing but Zman.

I started out yesterday with a Covert, nothing . Threw a unique bait that a member sent me to try out and couldnt cast it . It was too heavy for my rod and couldnt get it "in" there . Switched to one of my basic , nothing fancy, hand poured  spring-time baits and caught a dozen .

I didnt like the Terminators that a lot of people love but I dont catch pike ,. They kept their shape all right, then break unexpectedly . A stainless wire spinnerbait will start getting bent easily with every bass   giving a warning that its time to retire that bait .

That is exactly how I would describe them.  They keep their shape for years without bending against assault after assault from pike.  And then, unexpected, they'd just break and that would be the end of it.  The standard steel ones would sometimes just last one fish because they would get bent and then they wouldn't run true anymore.  So the primary selling point for me is durability and at least some longevity that lasts for a while against those vicious northern pike.

I have some of those original terminators that have lasted 8-10 years.  The only thing I'd had to do is replace the skirts.  If you don't have a pike problem, durability isn't much of an issue.  A cheap Walmart reef runner would last 10 minutes here and then it would be useless.  If you had 40 of them, then they might last a few outings.

My chatterbaits take a beating too, but there's no "arm" to bend or break on those.  They just get the skirts and soft plastic trailers ripped up.  I can replace those pretty easily.

I must have had some factory seconds  because they broke in one season after about 100 bass.

Certainly possible.  I've heard of people getting bad rolls of fishing line too, so a bad batch of one type of lure is not out of the question.

I knew they offered Colorado blades in gold and nickel, but I didn't know they are deep cupped.  I'll have to do a search for some, because I love their blade and shaft combo

Man I got a 20+ yr old Terminator Buzzbait that has caught 100+ fish, the shape is the same as when it came out the box.    To be fair, 100+ fish on any single bait is ridiculously good.   I've got a 110jr+1 and Axe Blade that have over 125+ fish during the winter, and while those baits can still be fished, they most certainly should be retired, and have gone through multiple new hooks.

I got half a dozen Spinnerbaits that are the same way, but I don't fish them nearly the same amount.

Everything about them is so nice in comparison to the ones made today outside the $15+ JDM models like the MegaBass or Jackall.    I find it hard to believe that somebody hasn't picked up the slack and started making buzzers and Spinner widgets with Ti wire.    Bass anglers have proven by now they'll pay whatever for a lure if it works.

For me I am not sure there is an answer.

Initially I did incredible with the SK bleeding baits and caught a ton of bass on them, magic bait #1. Then I discovered War Eagle baits and they outproduced the SKs like 5 to 1, so I deduced that lighter wire is a plus, magic bait #2. I did get the WE finesse and liked the wide willow on that bait that seemed to get me more bites, so I went all in.

Magic baits #3-?? are the ones I am making. While the wire isn't quite as thin as a War Eagle on the frames I am buying, what I am seeing is that the unique blade combinations really pays off. I can go in behind people blanking on double willows or tandems and catch fish. The thing is though one bait has been hot on clear water and a different configuration has been hot on nasty water.

The kicker was last fall I had a WE tied on and my father in law had one of my baits I made tied on and he out fished me 5 to 1. I didn't know whether to be proud of the bait I made or p!ssed that I was getting out fished?

I like the Z-Man Sling Bladez spinnerbaits. They have worked well and caught quite a few bass for me over the 3 or so years I've used them. There might be better ones somewhere but I'm fine with these especially because of the pricetag.

Caught my first musky on these SlingBladez, took a chunk of the hand tied skirt but overall stayed in good shape. The Z-Man Bullzeye Gold Colorado Spinnerbait is a good slow-roll-big-thumper.

River2Sea Ish Monroe Bling.

No, the wires aren't the heaviest. And if you lock your drag down, water ski your 3-5# fish and boat flip your bass you'll bend the wires. But the quality of the blades, the design on how the wire goes into the head (for bumping over wood) and the "thump" it gives off they are the juice. I've tried them all and the R2S produces the best spinner bait for me.

Fishingmickey.

These are generally best in dirtier water, but I've caught some good bass on these as well by deflecting them off stumps and laydowns in clear water, actually using that Abalone shad color.

If I could only have one, it might be these as well.

The Indiana blade variant is great when you want to go slower, or for dirtier water too.
