Does the Irod Genesis III Swimbait Jr lean more fast than moderate?

Sorry I’m back, I thought I’d found my perfect solution in the Kistler KLX deep cranking/swimbait rod for chucking 1-3 oz swimbaits from a kayak but I just wasn’t entirely confident in it.  
 

This Irod Genesis III Swimbait Jr. gets a fair amount of attention here although I’ve read it leans more fast than moderate.  Do I really need to buy a rod listed as “moderate” to be on the safe side with cases like this or is there plenty of parabolic bend in this rod?

 

If not, would either of these be better options? One seems to be an upgraded version with a better blank and the other is simply billed as moderate rather than MF. Thanks!

I do 1-3 oz baits seated from a kayak a lot.  My favorite two rods are Japanese rods since a heavy plus in the 7'-7'2" range is more common in the Japanese markets and USDM big bait rods are long and geared for bass boat use.  I find a typically USDM big bait rod too unwieldy from a kayak.  I have no experience with this rod but majorcraft rods are excellent and its a legit JDM majorcraft rod sold in the US.  For over 3 oz I would recommend the legit designs wild side.

I recently grabbed the MC Days 702X as a 2 piece travel rod.  I haven't gotten much time with it yet, but it's exactly what I had hoped it would be and would be a great option.  Action and power feel quite similar to a megabass Tequila Bacarac for a quarter of the price.  If a 2 piece interests you, they are cheaper straight from Japan, one piece burns you on the shipping.

I've had this rod for almost a year now, imho, it's kind of between fast and moderate. For me, throwing 6" hudds and like weight baits, the rod is perfect and suits my style of casting.

I also have the 8' heavy swimbait Gen III and a couple other models of Irods as well.

For 150.00 usd, pretty hard to go wrong.

Usually my Diawa Tatula CT 200. I tried my CT 300 on it just for fun, but the 200 works fine, as would a 150 most likely. For line I use 17 lb mono, unless I'm fishing in heavy mats, then I'll go with 50 lb braid.
