Super User eyedabassman Posted March 26, 2023 Super User Posted March 26, 2023 Anyone have any input on the Deception worm? I believe they float? Quote
padon Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 i use them a good bit. they dont floatlike a zman bait but they are more neutraly bouyant. meaning on a drop shot they stand out straight but dont rise nose down. theyre good on a shakey head too. the tail stands up. Quote
Finessegenics Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 I have a pack in electric shad. I honestly don't think I've caught anything on them but they are buoyant. The nose of the bait is pretty thin, it can get torn up pretty easily on a shakyhead without a screwlock keeper. Quote
Armin J Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 Get MB Finesse.. little thicker, same colors and material.. Fond memories of it starting a comeback in small local tournaments; caught 4 fish in last hour to win; only the first was on black MB finesse worm but it broke the skunk Quote

Super User Boomstick Posted March 28, 2023 Super User Posted March 28, 2023 They don't float, but they don't sink they just stand up straight. They're good on a shaky head or C-Rig, but they're my favorite to throw on a wacky rigged dropshot where they just dangle in the fish's face. That was my biggest fish catcher last year. They also hold up very well on a wacky rigged dropshot. Quote
