GoneFishingLTN Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 So i'm looking to print off some info on structure breakdowns so either like this is how I would graph a creek channel or this is how to approach this but can't find a website that has a lot of info I tried wire2fish but honestly they moved to all video and there wasn't to much anyways Quote
Super User Team9nine Posted March 26, 2023 Super User Posted March 26, 2023 You might check out Jonny’s stuff over at his ‘Fish The Moment’ website. Some is in written/blog format, and a lot is in video format (YT), but it’s all heavily focused on offshore fishing. A lot of training material for sale from the looks of it, so not certain how much of the older stuff is still available, but probably worth a look for what you’re wanting. 1 1 Quote
Smokinal Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 I'm not sure if this is what you mean or if this could help. I love this site https://www.gpsnauticalcharts.com/main/us/us_me_fishing_maps-maine-fishing-maps-fishing-maps-folio.html 1 Quote

Super User MN Fisher Posted March 26, 2023 Super User Posted March 26, 2023 Just now, Cbump said: How do I turn on bottom hardness on navionics? You got the subscription? It's a paid option, not free...also this is for the App on phone or tablet, I don't know how to do it on a sonar unit equipped with Navionics. Tap Menu, Map Options, Sonar Imagery - that'll give you this overlay...darker the red, the harder the bottom. Quote
Cbump Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Thanks! I do have all that. Did not know what the sonar imagery overlay was. @MN Fisher so I was just reading up on this link https://www.navionics.com/usa/charts/features/sonar-imagery and checked the lake list for sonar imagery overlay and although overlay comes on when I click It in the app, my lake (possum kingdom) shows in the list that It does not have sonar imagery. Wonder why that is and if what I’m seeing is accurate. Quote
Cbump Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Added: looks like maybe their list just isn’t updated because some of the other lakes I fish do not show the sonar imagery. Quote
