I’d buy a few hundred acres, dig/build my own bass pond, build a house, build a giant pole barn, and work the land to grow big bucks.

I'd do the house with acreage and pond(s)...I bet everyone that reads this would as well.  Oh...can't forget a go-cart track...

LOL. If you look at the log of a certain US destroyer, you will find an entry made late one night while underway of something(s) witnessed by 3 lookouts and one Bosun of the watch, that to this day one of them has no idea what it could have been...

the truth is out there. and it's watching us on livescope.

C'mon, local lakes, melt!

The first thing I'd buy is a BIG heater so you can melt your lakes.

Seriously though, I don't want Buffett's or anyone else's money.   I learned when I was young to keep my "wants" in line with what I could afford.   I work hard, but I get paid well.  I'm enjoying my vacation this week, but working keeps me busy, and out of trouble.   Myself and my family don't need anything.  When we "want" something we work hard, save, and get it.   I'm blessed to have a family that shares my work, and spending habits.   Billions of dollars would ruin this.

Good thread though.

I’d buy as many acres as I could, hire a full time staff and veterinarians and have a no kill animal rescue refuge!!!

And yes I’m a hunter well used to be and an eater of all things wild and tasty just saying discarded pets don’t need to be treated anymore horrible than they are by pathetic owners

Developer just bought a 5000 acre lake that produces teeners in Texas for 150mil.

Just saw it on Milliken's channel, incredible, that's what I would have bought lol.
