Currently have a surplus of finesse worms, Robo, KVD and Zoom mainly.

I stocked up because I throw a lot of dropshot in our very clear water.

Was thinking giving them a try T-rigged.

Say a 1/8 bullet weight on a 1/0 hook.

I've always been a 7" Culprit 4/0 hook kinda guy.

Anyone like or even prefer tossing the little worms. ?

I use Owner #5133 size 1/0 or 2/0 Down Shot hook for weedless drop shot, Slip Shot and T-rig w/ sliding bullet weights.

4 1/2”to 5” size 1/0, 6” size 2/0 Riboworms.

i do this exclusively.  i played with it at the boat ramp it and looks and acts like a ned head anyways, but weedless.  i dont even buy ned heads anymore.

I’m not sure if a Zoom Trick Worm qualifies as ‘finesse’ here, but I throw that on a Texas Rig w/ a 1/8 weight and a 3/0 EWG hook.

This and even 1/16oz to give it a slower fall...I'll sometimes put 4" Power Worms or 4" Zoom Curly Tails on.

I pretty much only fish finesse worms(or 10"+). Robo works well texas rigged or drop shotted. For the standard 6" worm I normally do a 3/16oz bullet weight and a 2/0 rebarb or ewg.

A Zoom 4" finesse worm is one of the most underappreciated bass lures going.  Size is significant when it comes to bass lures.  Most anglers carry dozens of soft bait colors and shapes.  There are times when the size of a lure can make a big difference too. A 4" worm makes a great flipping bait when fish are heavily pressured.  I won dozens of local tournaments fishing those worms on a Mojo rig.

If it's plastic I've Texas Rigged it!

I throw "finnesse" worms not because of their size but because they're straight tail worms. I also like Zoom's Magnum Finesse Worm.

1/16-1/8 oz

1/0-2/0 straight shank hooks

Shaky Head

I Texas rig all plastics big and small.  My PB smallmouth was caught on a Texas rigged 2 inch grub.

Interesting ?

Threw a lot of Carolina years ago but never Mojo.

I will cast out a Texas rigged Zoom Finesse worm on a 2/0 hook with either a 1/16 or 1/8 weight.  If the bass don't want that I'll it try weightless or on a split shot rig.

Texas rig trick worms are a staple for me, usually tossing them with a 3/8 weight.  Also a fan of trick worms and roboworms (4.5,6) neko rigged.

A little 4.5" inch straight tail with a 1/16 - 1/32 oz. bullet weight on 6-8 lb. test fished with a spinning setup can be deadly at times.

A purple Zoom finesse worm on a 1/0 round bend offset worm hook with as little weight as possible is a recipe for success. I like to use a 2500 reel on a 7” ML rod loaded with 6# line  . And stuff.

I didn't know there were people who didn't t-rig finesse worms

For the past few years, a Texas-rigged finesse worm was right behind a wacky rig and a Ned rig for me.

I use a Texas rigged finesse worm on a 1\0 hook with a 1\16 and 1\8 bullet weight in cold water all the time. My main 2 worms are the 4.5in roboworm and the old Berkley havoc bottom hopper. I throw them in places I wouldn't normally throw an exposed hook Ned namely brush and shallow grass.

Yeah I never did. Lol

Threw Ned and drop shot as a finesse presentation.

BUT with a surplus of finesse worms, will give it a go.

I don't really fish Neds or drop shots but lightly weighted T-rigged finesse worms, Trick worms, Robo worms and other straight tail worms have always been a staple for me. I fish them weightless a lot too. They sink really slowly but I've caught a ton of fish with them. You can also almost walk them like a spook, really versatile baits.

A t rigged finesse worm is one of my favourite and best baits. I use Zoom and  other brands. Mostly 1/16 or 1/8 oz bullet weights and 1/0 or 2/0 hook. I like straight shank hooks the best.

I’ve gotten to where I kind of hate throwing drop shot and I’ve always hated Ned rigs. Think I’ll start using these w/ shakey head, rigged weedless, more. Or pegged 3/16 weight. Although that’s kind of the same thing.

Some of the smaller baits I have actually wacky rigged them, especially the Zoom Trick worm. I have a few packs that never seem to get used much so it got me thinking what to do with them.  I had great success with the Jackall Flick Shake so I if I can wacky rig that bait why not a Trick Worm.  Both work great.
