I don't have an issue casting a 1/32 jig and small plastic. It's the smaller jigs I have problems with. The line I'm using is the smallest diameter line I could find, at least state side. I don't really use the lighter jigs in much wind. Anything over 5mph and it just seems pointless.

Sorry I misread. Hard to believe 1/64 makes that much difference. Are you using the same plastic?

Not exactly what I'm looking for. Unless it will work with a spinning reel

Merlin Olsen (Ram Hall of Fame defensive back) used a fly rod blank with spinning guides to fish Turner Jones 1/128 & 1/64 micro jigs.
