So due to Midway USA rod sales, I ended up with a new rod which meant I had to get a new reel for it. It was a hard toss up between the SV and elite. I ended up choosing the Tatula SV TW because I wanted the ability to throw lighter lures.
i have the the Shimano Curado MGL in the mail too anxiously awaiting its arrival, and I picked up a Tatula 100 last week along with a Daiwa Rebellion rod.
trying to get setup on stuff again after the ex stole everything I had.

The SV TW is a sweet reel. I can zing 3/16-1/4oz jerkbaits a mile with it. It has a shallow spool, so I would opt for a thin diameter mainline to be able to fit more on the spool and really get some bomb casts.

SV is exactly what I’m going with for my unplanned Rod purchases this week, one from midway. I ended up with 3 rods for one reel (Tat 150). I’ll swap the 150 between two rods as their techniques will never be used together. And the SV going on the third.

What's that giant lexa in the corner or is that the camera making it look massive?

That's a Lexa HD 400 I use for musky fishing.
