I've been looking for a Medium power rod in the 6'10 range to use as a sort of Finesse version of a MH rod.  Weightless T-rigs, neko rigs, light swim baits, or other rigs I could come up with.  I was thinking of something that length for bank fishing under trees or some close quarters.  But my problem is all the good rods at that length seem to be targeted towards jerk baits with a mod/fast action, like the Expride 6'10 M.  Does anyone have any experience with the Megabass Levante jerk bait special?  I've heard it has a somewhat Fast action and works for other techniques.  Or has anyone tried the IRod Britt's Finesse Swimmer?  It's a 7'4 MF spinning rod converted to casting for finesse swimbaits and other techniques.  It sounds exactly what I'm looking for, just a little long.   Thanks for any information.

The Expride is FAR more than a jerkbait rod. The characteristics that make it a good jerkbait rod make it great for many other baits. It's actually has so many uses that it is the ONLY rod that I have two of. With the right reel, it will do what you need and feel great in the hand.

If you stay 1/4oz or heavier or using large gauge hooks, the 6’11M+ Adrena might be what you’re looking for. I love mine.   But with what baits you listed I’d use the M expride.

I'll add that the expride 7-2 ML+ BFS is a little longer but a better choice for the handful of single hook baits you have listed. It's considerably faster. For trebles, it's the 6-10M hands down.

I'll be using a Shallow Spool Metanium.

I'll add the 6'llM+ Adrena to my list to research

Thanks everyone for the suggestions so far, I'll keep looking into the 6'10 Expride.

The levante JBS is quite stiff and is more of a M+.  I do a ton of skipping and casting of weightless plastics and prefer a mod fast 6'10" medium rod.  Its perfect for me. Anything from a walmart lews HP to an expride and they work great.  I think the slower loading of the rod makes it a better skipping rod.

I’m gonna grab a major craft days 360 6’10M/F when they release. I’m hoping it will be a nice split in action/power between the expride and Adrena, but it’s just a somewhat educated guess.

I own 6'11 Levante Jerkbait Special, 6'11 Med+ Poison Adrena as well as the 6'10 M Expride B. I just got the Expride B this winter so I haven't actually fished it yet. But just playing with it in hand I think it'd work great for the techniques you mention. I have a Curado 70 MGL on it and I can't put into word just how amazing that setup feels.

The Adrena would also do well, but obviously at a higher price.

If you're stuck on staying at 6'10 or shorter, and don't wanna pay a bunch, check out the 6'9 MH/Mod-Fast Major Craft Benkei.

If you can find a megabass spinnerbait special it would fit the bill nicely. It's rated near a MH, but definitely on the lighter side. And they were 6' 11"

the falcon finesse jig is what you’re looking for. 6’10”, lists as mh/f but you could just as easily call it medium.  I have the expert series. It throws a weightless fluke a mile.  I use it as a walking bait topwater rod, a finesse jig rod, or a variety of other 1/4-3/8 oz total bait weight lures like a 3.3 keitech on a light head.  Put it on your list and read up on it.

Get a G Loomis 802 or 803 JWR.

I use to the 852 JWR for all the presentations you listed. Great rod!

Don Iovino Major Craft 6’8” MF NAC-T681M/SI, 1/4-1/2 oz, 6-15 lb line.

When I sold over 20 rods and reels in 2020-2021 era kept the Iovino Splash-It rod above because it is a good ultilty rod for everything the OP is looking for, plus Poppers and small crank baits.

No longer available at TW, my guess is Iovino has few new rods in his garage.

I love my Metanium.  I feel like the new shallow spools are better suited for true BFS rods. Frankly, considering your reel and lure needs I really think a BFS rod is your best solution. The Expride M casts great for a M but I think a BFS ML is a better choice for what you're trying to do with that reel. Medium power rods really aren't the best for something like a weightless worm.. Weightless senko yes, weightless worm not so much.
