I’ve fished 7’1”H Tatula Elite jig skipping rod and loved it. Not sure how much different the 7’3” is action-wise but overall the Elites have a softer tip than the regular Tatulas. Should toss 3/8 jigs pretty well.

They are a little on the tip heavy side, and a 6oz reel wouldn’t help with that. The balance isn’t super bad or anything but it’s not great either.
Overall they are light, look pretty sweet with the right reel, and are really sensitive for the price. The slight tip-heaviness is the only negative I’ve seen with them
