That was arguably the most over hyped, over marketed lure for years after Chris Lane used it to win an Elite Event on Toledo Bend. River2Sea made it sound like it was the next best thing available to catch bass behind dynamite. Don't get sucked into the hype. Its a gimmick. Quote

thediscochef Posted January 12, 2023 Posted January 12, 2023 I associate the senko with the murder of crows shaped like Roland Martin that follows me from the house to the lake. It keeps chirping "sink-o! Sink-o!" every time there's a full moon I keep trying to get photos of it, but each time I try he turns into Bill Dance and falls into the lake before I can get the camera to focus 2 Quote

Super User AlabamaSpothunter Posted January 13, 2023 Super User Posted January 13, 2023 The most important thing to the sport imho, Catch N Release: Ray Scott For all his faults, I'm not sure we'd be here today talking about which professional anglers are known for particular baits without Ray Scott's vision of turning Bass fishing into a professional big money sport, or his strong advocacy for Catch N Release. To this point, I'm not into the competitive aspect of the sport, and think that aspect of the sport has much more evolving to do as in doing away with live weigh ins, but without B.A.S.S., and the tourney's, I don't think Catch N Release would have caught on so quickly and as effectively as it did. I'd put Ray Scott on the Mount Rushmore of Bass fishing for sure. Quote
