I'll be doing this 100% next year, first time I've ever wanted to do a fantasy sport.

I'd get destroyed right now, but by next year I'll know more anglers and their styles.

Doesn't hurt to sign up and play the remainder of this season. I guarantee you'll follow along more closely and learn a lot just because you have some skin in the game.

With all that being said... Blast off is Thursday for the Sabine River. Get your picks in now!

Have no idea what I'm doing, and as the group picking went along through the groups, the anglers got worse and worse.   Group A was stacked, whereas it's a struggle not to pick a guy like Poche in group E lol.  Maybe that's how it's supposed to be.

I picked either the guys I like or the most innovative guys like Cox and Fujita.

It's not too bad here yet - end of day 1: 2 in top 10, 2 more in top 50.

Ole sneaky John Cox just outside the top 10, dude is just a hammer.

Caleb Sumrall moved up to 3rd.

Maybe I won't bomb my first picks.

Makes it more fun for sure.

And I'm out for this round - closest I got was Jacob at 11th

Don’t think anyone could have deserved it more than Brock. He’s been so close so many times, nice to see him win. Also, my good season continues, sitting at 99.5th percentile.

Despite having no one make the top-10 - I stuck it out to have a 94% overall...and moved up to 5th place in the BR group.

And now we gotta wait almost 2 months for St. Clair.

Maybe I'll bump into Seth or Austin on Tonka between now and then.

@Finessegenics You are truly in a league of your own this season. Keep it up and make BR proud!

As already mentioned, we have something like 51 days until the next event on St. Clair. So I don't want to hear any excuses from anyone that you didn't have time to research your picks. We are 7 events into the season and have 3 left. As of now, here is our current top 10.

Finessegenics

Schrader

Fish Forrest Fish

Lmoore

MNfisher

Ryekel

Ratman46

Jrob78

Curtstout

LDS922

Less than 400 points separates 2nd from 10th, so anything is possible by the seasons end.

It  takes me about 1 minute to make picks. I did drop Ike for Palaniuk already. Almost every time I change a pick its for the worse.
