Strike King Tour Grade 3/4oz double willow spinnerbait.  Came late October. Got a few at the same weight but this one had the length to beat them out. 5lb 1oz and d**n near 21” long. I could feel a 6” perch or golden shiner in its belly. E93A221F-CCBA-432C-A16E-2482D17D2BB7.thumb.jpeg.e8a5c9a25458e110b8798f5ba35631d9.jpegFirst year in many that I didn’t get one over 21”. Size was definitely down a tick this year. But the amount of bass I catch all at that 5lb even or 5lb 1oz mark is ridiculous. It seems that in order to go up in weight I have to jump right into the 6lb class.

My largest was a 4-1/4 largemouth that hit a 1/4 ounce, double Colorado bladed spinnerbait.

5” black senko pond fish 6.8lbs NC

Modified Zorro Short Arm Aggravator. 6.21lbs NY. I count this one as larger, because of region and the body of water. The pond above is just a little too easy for 5-6lbers

Strike King Bitsy Bug.  She picked it up out of a brush pile in 12' and I just felt mush.  23½", I didn't weigh her.

I bought my son a pack of Xzone 3" Ned Zone worms. He caught one bass that was exactly 5 LB in a local lake and a few days later caught another that was 5 lb 1 oz and a big gill at my buddy's pond.

All were caught on the same worm. I guess we'll be ordering more.

Caught a 6 pounder on a 5" senko the color was green pumpkin with purple and green fleck. This color has moved into 2nd place right behind my other personal favorite black with blue fleck.

My 8-pounder technically came in 2021, on the last day of the year and less than 24 hrs before 2022, so a 7-pounder gets the honors. It came on a Ned rig using a Roboworm Ned Worm.

@Kyle S, is All Black the name of the color?   That's just an awesome name if that's the case.
