Super User Jig Man Posted January 6, 2011 Super User Posted January 6, 2011 I have done it more than once. I'd not want to do it this tme of year because of the cold weather, heaters, and fumes. To get the old carpet off you can use lacquer thinner. Like stated above, do some research before you jump in. A commercial job would run you about a grand. Quote

When we crank the motor I will press the hot foot all the way down and it will barely do anything. It will finally kick in after awhile but it takes awhile Quote
