First, moderators feel free to move this as I really was unsure where to put it.

My wife is wanting to get me an inflatable PFD for Christmas, asked me to pick one out. My question involves sizing. I'm 6'2' and bounce between 240 and 250. I've seen AM 24 and AM 33. I assume that has something to do with the amount of floatation? I've looked at Academy and BPS on-line. Neither really answered my questions.

Thank you for the help.

It is really neat to get a response on a forum from someone who has the credentials and who is interested in honestly helping to answer the question.
