On Oct 8th, as I was traveling in the far right lane at 35 mph, some Blind moron decides to pull right out in front of me, not 18' from me.

Dealing with the wife situation now I have this, my beloved 2003 Duramax is Totaled thanks to her. So I swerved to miss her, but ended up totaling a Honda Civic, when asked if the 3 girls in the car were o.k. they all said we are fine, now they hired a lawyer and are suing for medical compensation, or plainly put, looking for a payday, as the EMT's and the fire dept checked them out and said they were fine. Oct has not been good.

Well, at least you’re ok.

Hope things are better soon !

Their lawyers will have them going to see an orthopedic dr and a  therapist soon complaining of soft tissue injury.

Soft tissue injuries are money makers, the reciepiant will get about $15,000.00 and med bills paid. Lawyer will get $30k.

So sorry to hear that. This is something you don’t need on top of everything else.
