jj2 Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 I am looking at a couple of ranger boats one is a 2000 518svx and the other is a 2000 518vx what is the difference between the 2 models Quote
fishn hard Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 one is slower then the other ;D ;D ;D Quote
R520dvx Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 the "s" in the svx indicates single console. The "vx" in both indicate the VX series .... the top of the line as far as features. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted November 22, 2010 BassResource.com Administrator Posted November 22, 2010 That's correct. The 518VX would have been available as a SVX model or DVX model. The S stands for single console and the D stands for dual console. Some people list the boat with the S or the D and others just list it as a 518VX as that is what appears on the side of the boat.
