Yeah the hook feels like OG ned rig hooks. I need to stop forgetting I have them and actually use them, been dragging around for a while and it's a good time for smallish baits anyway.

 Regular old lead head seems to work the best.

Tube is excellent for spiraling but if you want the ultimate spiraling bait rig up a Deps Bull Flat. Either weightless or with a small bullet weight.  You could also use a belly weight hook I would imagine. I wreck em on the bull flat casting to weed pockets and letting it slowly spiral down. It's scary how good it is.

The 3.8" looks like a good option for where I'm fishing - thanks man, I'll check 'em out!

Never would have noticed but I was fishing a clearish rock pit today and this spiraled on its way down F8-E07779-D27-F-4289-95-AD-7-BD4-B3-CC1-
