Mr. Aquarium Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 Could only get bit on tubes the other day. I’m not surprised, it’s my go to for this spot. They always eat a tube 1 Quote
Aaron_H Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 There are three things in my life that I live for: Lipless fishing, repetition, and lipless fishing. I have success on them year-round here, but fall is a primo time. Can't get enough of ripping them through those shad schools and feeling the wallop from a big girl. 2 Quote

Super User DogBone_384 Posted October 14, 2022 Super User Posted October 14, 2022 Vision 110’s and LV500’s are my most productive baits, with a couple Rapalas thrown in for good measure. Soft plastics did not produce this year as they usually do. Quote

Super User Bankbeater Posted October 14, 2022 Super User Posted October 14, 2022 I'm finally starting to get bites on other baits than Scoundrels and Dingers. The bass are slowly starting to go after moving baits. Quote

Thanks for making me feel better about myself fellas. ? Other than that musky and four pounder last week, it's been rough. 8 and change won the tournament on my favorite lake last Sunday. 2 Quote
MidwestBassAttack Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 White spinnerbait got me 7 LM last Saturday here in Northern IL. All were in the 2-3lb range…Saturday’s bag was just slightly under 18lbs total!!!! 1 Quote

The one down side is that I'm catching a ton of pike lately too and they are ruining my tackle. Quote
Super User Spankey Posted October 14, 2022 Super User Posted October 14, 2022 I’m not setting the world on fire but Bombers, Rapalas and Rat-L-Traps. Quote
Super User FishTank Posted October 14, 2022 Super User Posted October 14, 2022 Not much is working these days when it comes to crankbaits or moving baits in general. It's like the fish at my lakes disappeared. 2 Quote

JackstrawIII Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 Spinnerbaits and underspins. Some topwater action on the toad. Quote

Way north bass guy Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 Been doing some pretty good damage with a green pumpkin jackhammer/zako. 1 Quote
Super User Log Catcher Posted October 14, 2022 Super User Posted October 14, 2022 My luck is about like @A-Jay. The only thing I can catch fish on is either a Mepps spinner or soft plastics. The so called hot baits like square bills, spinnerbaits, and topwaters have been worthless. Went the other day and caught two small LMB and one striper on a Mepps and one small LMB on soft plastic. 1 Quote
Super User NYWayfarer Posted October 15, 2022 Super User Posted October 15, 2022 4” Senko rigged weightless is my go to. Winter, spring, summer or fall. Quote
