East of Arlington, in the middle of no-where. Should be good for Germantown,

less than an hour away and a good distance outside the hood.

Those are the proper places for these big tax generators when you look at the future, and equally the past.

The last thing we want in the South is for these corporations to inject a huge source of tax revenue into a city like Memphis, Birmingham, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, etc.   Hopefully us Southerners have learned from the mistakes of those once great industrial cities.

Good for Tennesse.   Alabama's industrial base has exploded over the last two decades.  We should be mindful to not enact the same policies that drove these companies away from the North if want to keep them here and continue to grow in the right manner.

Nashville in TN and Huntsville in Alabama are engines of prosperity.

That’s my neck of the woods - I grew up in Fayette County. Used to be the 2nd poorest county in TN - lots of space out there. Should be really great for the area.

I appreciate the excitement you have for your state. Will employ a bunch of people in building the plant and operation of the plant. Unless the automakers, and/or engineering entrepreneurs, can turn out an affordable EV, and figure out a better technology than lithium, the TN prosperity will be short lived.

My cousin owns a F150 PowerBoost https://www.ford.com/trucks/f150/features/hybrid/

This IMO is a pretty good idea. Still needs to be proven.

Dang, it can power a sandwich maker, blender, and tv at the same time! Margaritas, fajitas, and football all from my truck.
