My striker plus 7 is not showing any depth readings when I'm on the sonar page or when I'm viewing chart. Depth shows on sonar screen as a bottom line and is accurate but I'm referring to the numeric readout in upper left of screen. It is set up as a data field on chart page also but just says depth followed by no numbers. Same on sonar page. Says depth followed by --  --.

I don't see anywhere in settings to change this. I tried to remove the display field and re enter it but still doesn't show any data.

Not such a big deal when I'm viewing sonar because I can see the bottom line as it goes across screen but sure would be nice if it displayed on chart page.

Thanks   Any help appreciated..

I still can't figure out how to change the darn time for the life of me though on mine

Make sure the unit has a GPS fix then set the proper time-zone in 'Settings/Units/Time Zone'...the GPS will auto-sync the correct time.

Most excellent, will try that hopefully later today.   I know it's getting the GPS fix because of the contour mapping.

Bump for the OP, and a big thanks to @MN Fisher   You nailed it, and having the time work correctly now is so nice.     It's the little things that annoy you sometimes.....this has been a dynamite unit, but that was my only complaint.
