Will the mounting holes match up or will new ones have to be drilled?

If I remember correctly, I was able to use two of the existing holes but had to drill two new ones. That was going from a MG Tour 109 to a MK Maxxum 101.

Well, looks like it's into the shop for this.  I really don't feel like taking a drill to my boat for this.  Let someone else do it.

I guess if you have the money to throw at it, do it. Otherwise, it's a 5 minute job. Just lay your mount up there, mark your holes and start drillin'.
