I see a lot of you fellas are using this additive (Seafoam), and because you value your equipment you do not mind paying the high price.  Are any of you using Marvel oil which appears to do the same thing, is cheaper and has been around a long long time?  I am running it in my crankcase oils and gasoline in all equipment.  What are your opinions?

You see lots of endorsements on the internet for Marvel.

Used it for engine assembly back in our drag racing days. Use it on all my reels, but have not run it in my outboard. Have heard it is ok to run it, just happy with the Stabil/Quickcleen mixture I am running.

I use Sta-Bil Marine with excellent results. Used Sea Foam once. It costs more to treat a tank of gasoline than the gasoline itself! It's nice to know there people with that kind of money out there, although I personally don't know any.

Sea Foam,  Only SeaFoam.........

its like Tom Cruise in Risky Business talking about his Dads Porsche

"SeaFoam, there is no substitute." 8-)

FYI.  I do use Stabil WITH the Marvel oil and am hoping this combination will be as effective as Seafoam.  I do know that it gives me the confidence that I am trying to keep my stuff in good order.  Now if I could just get to those wheel bearings................ ;D

From the specs for each product, the combination of Stabil Marine Formula and Marvel Mystry Oil is the same as Sea Foam.

That would give you the choice of using two products or one product to protect your fuel system and engine.
