Third day, first two were less than successful, a few missed bites, lots of birdsnests BUT today I finally made a breakthrough.

This lake is pretty heavily fished but there aren't much more places to go

This is the first time I have been fishing specifically for and caught Bass.

It's not big but it's a start!

The Texas Rig is your friend. It's a rare day that I can't put at least a few in the boat with a Trigged worm or beaver. It's a must know technique for a bass fisherman, and there's a vast array of baits available that won't cost you an arm and a leg.
