Im deciding to pick up a sleeper gill, I tried the glitter wild gill and only got one bite on it, I set the hook and the tail ripped. Would the noike gill look more natural since smaller bluegill seem to look more light and less colors, any tips are appreciated.

I think you're splitting hairs with a lot of those Sleeper Gill colors. Many are quite similar. And live gills may be darker/lighter depending on the water they live in, or if they're living under mats/pads.

 

With that said, this has been by far my most productive color. Pumpkinseed.

I’d pick between them by what’s on sale at that point. If you want to get really matching then go catch a couple bluegills and take a picture for reference.
