Unfortunately, they cancelled my order yesterday.   Disappointed, but it happens.

@Shismano

Mine too, no shipping status though, just cancelled due to lack of inventory.

Mine is stuck on shipped status with no shipping info. What was your status before it was cancelled?

I don’t think I ever made it to shipped status.   I just checked for the heck of it since it doesn’t matter when it gets here and saw it was cancelled.    I have 6 months of ice.  ?

@Fishin Dad @Shismano I haven't received any updates on my order and the "view your order" link in the confirmation email doesn't say anything new. Is that link where you guys saw the shipped or canceled status?

My Shop app says it's shipped, but the View Your Order status shows it's confirmed.

I called earlier, sounded like they didn't know what the heck happened. Possible 1 rod wasn't in-stock, will get an update from shipping department tomorrow. I'm not optimistic about it and a bit tick I miss out on other rod deals, because I decided to go with these two instead.

I emailed them earlier, I guess we'll find out tomorrow what happened. Huge bummer if it falls through.

Yeah, I did the same thing.   I snapped up this deal when I saw it and skipped buying a couple other rods I was looking at.  I am sure there will be more deals.  A little disappointed, but stuff happens.  Good luck in your search fellas!

@Shismano@Fishin Dad I called the store earlier, was put on hold for 10 minutes twice and hung up on, and the third time they gave me the tracking number. No email updates or anything, but I'm pretty happy it's on the way. Hopefully you guys are in the same boat!

Looks like it's coming. I called earlier, they sent it via a local courier with a weird shipping # and said should be here in a few days. I live like 40 minutes away, so I get it if they use that to reduce costs. Plus, I don't want to deal with more rod tubes lol. I'm in no rush, but just wanted to know if it was cancelled.

Just got both my rods and man the rod is crazy light for a glass composite. Weighed on my scale shows 4.3oz. That's lighter than my buddy's NRX+ BJR. Threw an old SS SV on it and the balance point isn't the greatest, it's about 1 1/4 inch above lock nut. But this is the first rod I've felt all that balance point stuff didn't matter. The tip feels crazy light like it's floating. In the end, I'm holding the rod down, but what an under rated lineup and crazy deal on it.

On the Medium glass I am using cranks such as 1.0/1.5 size squarebills, smaller sized 6 - 10ft diving cranks.

Hello. I'm looking at the medium for nothing heavier than 3/8oz chatterbox rods, and possibly some square bills. You think it has the power for this stuff? Thx

If you're using up to 3/8th oz head and lighter trailers I believe you would be ok. I would not feel comfortable using the medium with 3/8 + a denser trailer like a 4inch zako. I have used 3/8oz stealthblade a small 3 inch craw trailer and it performed just fine.

If you're in some cover I would lean towards MH if chatterbait is the main focus.

If you're a straight braid guy my concerns may not matter. I use straight fluoro on these and can only speak to that.

I really like the medium for those 1/1.5 sized squarebills.

Interesting the Rebellion Medium glass rod is rated up to 1oz. I would think it would have more butt to it.

I didn't realize how old this post was. But here is a sleeper rod from Diawa that feels great throwing a 3/4 oz Chatterbait.

P.S.  Also it appears I am not the only one to think so according to the TW reviews.

I preferred the extra power left over on the MH with a full sized trailer + 3/8. Though in reality most of my time with chatterbaits is spent with the 1/2oz - 3/4oz and the H.

You may find it is adequate for your needs. I have come to prefer the medium for treble hooks only. I recommend any of the glass models, they are impressive.

Also, if this aids you: the medium does have a shorter grip that my take some adjustment. It is about 9.5 inches from reel seat to butt end. My small scale weighs it at 3.89oz.
