I’d say 95% of the time I use a roboworm it’s in Aaron’s morning Dawn color.

Yes I made that statistic up.

The colors I use in California are;

Hologram Shad

MM111

Morning Dawn

Peoples

Oxblood /light red flake.

5” curl tails, 6” straight tails and 4 1/2 FX and new Sculpin*.

Try rigging the flat side up!

Tom

Catching dink’s you are fishing the wrong locations.

* Morning dawn has a pearl belly.

I've stopped using normal roboworms and switched to the new missile baits magic worm, (made in collaboration with roboworm) my favorite colors are bruiser flash and green pumpkin.

The lake I go to has minimal shore acess so it’s really hard to fish the tulies/ moving around. I had pretty good sucess rigging flat side up, thanks for the tip! I keep seeing people talking about fx but I’m not really sure what it means or stands for

Is there really a wrong color in a roboworm......Aaron's magic is great.

They used to have a FX series, best looking soft plastics I've ever seen.

I've always felt the key to Roboworm's unmatched success is their action, and patented salt release system.

They also make a million different color options so it's overwhelming to some degree.  Costco did a study on whether consumers were more or less likely to buy a product when it was offered in 2-3 varieties verses a few dozen varities.   What they found was the consumer gets overwhelmed with too many choices, and ultimately doesn't purchase the product, whereas when only presented with 2-3 options they were much more apt to purchase the product.

$11 for 14 worms? That may be the single most ridiculous thing I've seen today

They flat out work my man. I don't know what it is, I still use normal roboworms and would if I ran out. But I really like those new worms.

Greg Stump invented his Robotic hand poured worm machine in the early 90’s to sell not to make Roboworm worms.

The machines are expensive so Roboworm came to be a product.

Missle Baits can buy a machine in lieu of making the molds and have Roboworm pour them to reduce cost.

Soft hand  poured worms that don’t vary batch to batch have made Roboworm what they are today, they win tourmanrpnts.

Roboworms average about $.65 each vs Missile $.78. Bag of worms catches 14-15 bass @ $1 per bass isn’t expensive.

Morning Dawn, Margarita Mutilator and Arrons Magic were the only 3 colors I ever needed before I started making my own.

Figured, haven't seen them.    Wonder why they quit making them, they were remarkable in every way except durability.

Hard to go wrong with Aarons GP, Oxblood Light or Peoples worm.  I used to do really well with Prism Kraw, but I guess they decided to discontinue the color.

Ive smashed em with the Alive Shad in Prism Shad and Baby blue gill.  Havent thrown the worms in that color, don't see why they wouldn't work.

Yep.  Zoom = works just as well, half the price.
