Deephaven Posted August 18, 2022 Posted August 18, 2022 Do as you wish, just wanted you to know the reality. I love my pans and their no stick finish but still wash them. Quote
Super User scaleface Posted August 18, 2022 Super User Posted August 18, 2022 I pulled a rusty 100 year old Wagner out of a barn , cleaned it up . Its my favorite . I have several skillets but only use three of them . My wife bought a new set of Ninja cookware . I'm fond of cast iron and baby them but man , that Ninja sure cooks nice . Quote

Cajun rice & gravy, chicken fricassee, smothered potatoes & sausage, corn bread. My roommate owns a Lodge cast iron and I am welcome to use it. While I will use my own pan out of respect for his stuff, sometimes while cooking I have required two and can’t help but appreciate how much better the Lodge seems to cook my stuff. I like it very much. 1 Quote

I have been VERY impressed! I had Calphalon for nonstick for years too. We're an All Clad house now for that stuff. I'm still using my commercial stainless copper bottom pans that are around 30 years old. Quote
Global Moderator TnRiver46 Posted August 19, 2022 Global Moderator Posted August 19, 2022 Snapped a pic of the lodge this morning, this one is less than a year old. Just a pup, of course I’ve already got rust on it a few times 1 Quote
