BradleyC Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 What’s up everyone, so basically I am looking to join a local club as a co-angler because I don’t own a boat. Only problem is I am having almost 0 luck with finding one in my area. I’m located in southern Maryland. Through google searches I’ve found a couple of things but nobody really responds to emails or the websites are super outdated. Any suggestions? Quote
Steveo-1969 Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 Fish On Bass Anglers is based in MD I believe. @Logan S posts about the club regularly on Bass Resource. 1 Quote
Logan S Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 Thanks @Steveo-1969, @BradleyC, Responded to your other post with a little more detail but don't want to skip this one. Check out our site if you're interested, we keep it updated after every event and have a lot of resources and stats on there. I try to not spam the boards, so I make 1 post every season about it - You can find it here. 1 Quote
_JJM Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 I live north of Baltimore, so this might be a hike for you. But the Loch Raven fishing center rents boats. From kayaks to mini Bass boats. I normally get a Jon with a trolling motor for $36 all day. Note they close at the end of this month till April ( Noooooo!) Fishing isn't bad, and it's nice just to get out there. As far as boats I am seriously considering one of the new big inflatables from Sea eagle (16 foot bass skiff), but the $3k it would cost to get it outfitted and in the water is about 80 rentals. I am cheap and it's a tough pill to swallow. Quote
