radiant Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 My lake has a pretty big patch of this grass and it gets pretty thick. Im not sure what this type of grass is but when I throw the texas rig it tends to snag alot of this grass. I cant use weightless presentations since the lake drops off pretty fast and gets pretty deep. Quote
txchaser Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 If the leaves look like this, it is Pondweed. Quote

Super User casts_by_fly Posted July 30, 2022 Super User Posted July 30, 2022 Looks like widgeon grass or maybe horned pondweed. https://wric.ucdavis.edu/photo_gallery/photos_aquatic_weeds.htm 2 Quote
Finessegenics Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 https://aquaplant.tamu.edu/plant-identification/ this is a good resource. It seems like eelgrass though 1 Quote
