I’m switching back to braid also for my spinning reel. I’ll be throwing top water and using Ned rigs, Texas riggin a senko. 7 ‘ moderate fast be okay? 8-12 lb or 8-17lb? Thank you

It depends on the brand really.  I like a fast.  If a rod is too soft it can feel underpowered and sensitivity can feel dampened.

Okay I’m double checking so thank you. I Understand but enjoy listening to others. Tackle whse today said the same thing??

Some people feel differently, but for me, a moderate tip rod for topwater is a no-go. Try it out, you may feel differently about it. I’m my experience, trying to work a popper or spook ends up just loading up the rod and feels like mush instead of being able to feel the bait. A fast tip gives me much more feel to work the bait. Another no-go for me is treble hooks and braid. 3/5 of my casts ends up with the braid wrapped around the treble hooks. So for trebled baits, I will only throw fluoro or mono. This is another preference thing, and you may find that it doesn’t bother you. I know a lot of people who throw treble hooks on braid.

Ned Rig and Texas rigs, I also prefer a fast or extra fast action.

That's a big spread in intended uses, but my vote is definitely for 7' M/F.  15-20# braid main line with 8# fluoro leader for the ned and 12# mono leader for the topwater (floats and might add a little stretch to keep trebles pinned).  If you go with green braid and are throwing in cover, I'd just tie direct for the T-rig.  If more open or clear water, I'd use 10-15# fluoro.  Hard to make all those presentations work perfectly with one setup, but it'll work fine.

I don't think that I could do all you want to do with 1 rod. The lighter stuff I would use a 6'6" medium fast rod 8 lbs mono. The others I would use a 6'6" medium heavy fast rod 10or 12 lb mono.  I choose the slightly shorter rods because I am a bank beater most of the time. I could use braid on either one also.

i'd go with a FAST action, and the 8-12lb line rod, without knowing anything else.

Texas rigging a Senko could require more hook setting power then a MF spinning can apply.

Ned the leader shouldn’t be over 7 lbs, 10-12 lb braid.

I've never been struck with the thought that a MF was iffy here because of sketchy results, but I suppose anything's possible. I've thrown T-Rigged skin hooked 4" Senkos on up to 10" Power worms on either a Tatula XT 6'6" or 7'0" MF spinning rod exclusively for the past 4-5 years, and haven't missed many at all from micro dinks to chunks. Also, I often use that VMC 3/0 wacky weedless hook with the metal wire leaf spring weed guard that everyone seems to hate, and have no problem setting it.

Awesome jar what u said was huge? My crank bait rod is a casting with 20 lb fc. I wanted 15 but they were out. I’m gonna get a fast action if Tackle whse has any left in the rod I want. U gave me stuff to think about

Yes I’m just going light on my spinning rod and thanks for the senko advice. Even though I said senko Texas rig I will use my falcon med heavy casting rod for this and for jigs with craws

You're actually going to get a lot of different opinions here, but if I was buying one spinning rod for throwing senkos I would be looking at a medium power. And you will definitely want a fast action, maybe even an extra fast but of course it's manufacturer dependent. If there is no cover, a med fast should be fine with a T-Rig. Hooks like the Owner J-Lights would be a good choice.
