Broke the bracket to hold on my structure scan. When taking it off I noticed a slightly yellow glue at the end of the screw what is the name of this? I would like to buy the same stuff

Would this be ok for a tin boat? I see it says fiberglass

If you use 5200 on a screw as a sealant you will never be able to remove that screw again. The 4200 is pliable and you can remove said screw if needed in the future.

"Do not " use 5200 to bond a bracket to the hull if it may ever need to be replaced again.

True, permanent means permanent, which is why I use it on my aluminum G3 for mounting transducer brackets, etc. But for the record, I have been able to remove individual screws that had 5200 on the threads. Never had to resort to an impact driver, but YMMV, so....be forewarned.

Got it, His bracket broke once and it may again, I still believe the 4200 would be the better product in this application. Just my two cents.
