my old Arnette sunglasses are great.  had them for maybe 15 years.  way discontinued.  they saved me from a face full of wet cement once, but they didn't come out unscathed.  years of bowhunting, fishing, etc tore up the lenses and put the sunglasses into my junk-drawer.  I was just about to toss them when I decided to search aftermarket companies.  I found Revant.  shipping was kinda slow and communication was subpar as well, but in about 2 weeks I got new green mirrored lens for less than $40.  they fit!!  one lens was tight to click in, but the other was smooth and easy.

I now have another pair to rotate on my fishing trips.  nice to have plastic lenses for some fishing applications.

just a heads up if you have a pair of beloved sunglasses past their prime. there is hope.

I’m shocked.  I’d argue the lenses are clearer than OEM!

I have been fishing heavy cover and I like a plastic lens for this.  The new lenses elevated my old Arnette glasses to “first chair” position.  I wash them lovingly with a drop of dish soap under running water after each trip. They glisten.

im am so happy Revant saved my best fitting sunglasses.

I used them a few years ago for a pair of costas and they work but are not as good as the original for me but they are solid.  I recently got a pair of plastic lens costas on clouseout at Sierra after using a pair of natives for a few years who i think were bought out by costa and I couldn't believe the difference.  That green mirror copper base lens is so nice.

I've got a set of these lenses in an old pair of Oakley Flak Jackets. Fit's good, clarity's alright. I got no complaints.

I've got a set on order for my Oakley Holbrook XL. I might order a set for my Oakley Fuel Cells also.

thanks.  I have new Costas.  not sure they make anything that would trump those lenses.  Costa makes a clear clear pair of eyewear.

I have to keep touching my face to make sure my Costas are on my face since I forget about them.

I bought Pit bull replacement lenses from Oakley before everything went discontinued.  to date the PitBull is my best fitting pair of Oakleys ever!!  I still have them and the lenses are the best part.  the rest of the frame is getting tattered.   they are my dedicated Mtn biking glasses.  saved me in a horrific crash.  well, not the concussion and fracture knee part. :)

For sure. I used these for weedeating and shooting and stuff like that. I wish I had a picture of the lenses that I replaced, because they were beat.
