We have just released our newest product.  Tungsten Dropshot weights with a loop for direct tie or use of clips.  This will keep you from losing weights that slide off the line or get pulled off for some reason.  The weights are also black oxide finished that do not chip.  The weight is also laser engraved on each weight.

Sizes are 1/8-1oz

These are nice. They can also be used to make Jika rigs.

Its really all in the eye.  The lock eye is easily changed with different weights and uses a compression fit on the line.  These can fall off or be pulled off if not secured good or get pulled on pretty hard.  The round eye can be used for rigging like posted above or can be tied to or a clip used so the weight is fixed to the line for a normal dropshot.

I understand the eye differences and missed a different part number or name to order one from the other Skinny drop shot.

a simple overhand knot on the tag end of the line helps to prevent the weight sliding off the lock style eye.

As noted the round eye has multiple uses separating it from other cylinder style drop shot weights?
