I've been carrying a knife everyday since I was 16 or 17. I'm a big Spyderco fan, lately I've been carrying a Chaparral but I have a pretty large rotation.

I have several but the one that I go back to everytime and carry everyday is the Benchmade Mini-Griptillian. Everything about it is perfect for me.

I carry the small Swiss Army knife every where I go. It's the one with a small blade, file/flat screwdriver, scissors and a toothpick. It's like a tube of Chapstick, I feel naked without it........ nobody wants to see that!

I will either be carrying a Buck 110, or a Buck Ranger.

I have a Swiss Army Knife my Dad got me while he was in Switzerland. I've had it about 40 years, has my name on it. Lost the tweezers!

I use a cheap multitool though mainly. I don't see the need for an expensive one for fishing.

I bought an extra tweezer and toothpick at a SAK outlet store , figuring I would lose the original . Still have the original but no clue where the spares are

I have the toothpick still and I use it all the time. Knife is on my desk for whatever reason.

I don't use it for fishing much because of the lack of pliers, hence the multi-tool. After all these years though the swiss knife works perfectly, scissors and all.

Must be the thing to do, they are 10$ for 6 on Amazon.

Lately I have been digging the CRKT Overland, I also always carry a Victorinox Minichamp on my keyring, and typically either a stockman or a trapper pattern inside my pocket.

Spyderco Delica 4

After 10 years, the clip keeps coming loose, but I love the way you can easily flick it open one handed with your thumb. Super sharp.  I keep a Leatherman in the truck. Both were gifts from my 2 brother in laws. Nice guys!

I'm a "knife nut" and rotate through lots of options.  Currently, an Emerson Horseman seems to spend the most time in my pocket...

What am I carrying? Well nothing. We flew to Pensacola to watch my oldest daughter play softball. Plane left at 4:30 am so we had to be there by 3 I figured. Left our house at 1 am so none of us got any sleep. Get to the TSA check and they tell me to empty my pockets. Oops!!! You would have thought I had a bomb on me. They pulled me to the side and told me I was being detained and would be searched. Asked if I wanted them to do it there or in a private room. I told the guy I would take my clothes off right there if I needed to. He didn't think that was funny. Gave me the once over with the wand and then the pat down. He was going up my thigh and told me he had to go pretty high, I said, they are all yours. Once again, he didn't find humor in that. After he got done I had to go over and fill out paperwork to have it shipped to my house. So I suppose I will find out what that cost me when I get home. Cheaper than replacing the knife though.

Gerber STL 2.0 is my pocket knife of choice. Fits in the coin pocket of my jeans. It’s light, razor sharp and opens with one hand with the hole in the blade. Most Gerbers are so stiff and tight they are hard to open one handed.

When fishing I carry the Gerber Armbar Slim with the scissors.
