If you're refering to the ninja grass blade i suppsose you could put multiple on the motor however if you are asking about opposing/ back to back its not possible as the blade wouldnt be over the prop hub as it needs to be if you put it on backwards.

I’ve thought about ordering another one to put on the bottom, opposite side of the existing one, but honestly the single one works so well for me that I don’t know if it would be much of an improvement.

I run two on an Ultrex as well, same positioning as Phelptwan. Works pretty well for getting through most types of vegetation. But, you have to trim up the prop so it's just under water, or grass will accumulate where the shaft meets the lower unit and the blades become useless for that situation.
