I don't know any of you personally so I'm not necessarily saying I love you, but if you need to hear it, then so be it. I think we as a society get so caught up in being tough that we don't say it enough. My very best friend (the greatest friend I could ask for) came by today and I could tell something was wrong with him. I never asked what was wrong, but I could tell there was something going on. When he left my house I told him, "Hey man, I love you and appreciate you". I just hope he knows how much I care about him. Let those you love know it!

The number of people here who are friendly, helpful and just all around good people staggers my mind sometimes - based on other forums I've been on.

So ya - in a general, platonic way - luv ya all too.

There ain't but 2 rules. #2 says, Love your neighbor as yourself. Think how good things could be if everyone could do that one simple thing. It ain't always easy, but it is simple.

I've had two really close friends, I mean like the brother's that I never had. The first, we worked in law enforcement together as officer's, we raced stock cars together (same division, when one moved up so did the other) and we fished together. He committed suicide back in 2001. I never told him that I loved him or how much he meant to me until he was in a box.

The second, I met him after I made Sgt, then Lt. We camp together, fun fish together, used to tournament fish together, retired at pretty much the same time. We tell each other "I love you" every time that we talk, write or see each other. I'll never miss that chance with a friend again.

There are guys on here that have given me advice, guidance and help. I have the utmost respect and love for them too. Sorry if I brought the mood down, I write this just to say, don't let the opportunity to tell a friend or family member that you love them.

RIP Richard, I miss you and I love you.

I’m not good at saying I love you, so high fives all around .

This is me too.  I just prefer to shake hands, fist bump, or high five instead.

I don't like getting all squishy and fuzzy.
