71944431-10214824419430317-3867287943156

Both Golden Retrievers but very different personalites.

Cassidee is laid back and very affectionate.

Been about 25 years since I had dogs. We have cats. The black one is my daughters. The other 2 are siblings. Big one is 25lbs. Some kind of Maine Coon mix. He's probably close to 4ft long when he stretches out.

As you can tell my animals are super active. Rodi, the dog and Ron, the cat are the most spoiled animals I have ever had.

Our current knuckleheads:

First pic is Jasper Beardly on the bottom ( a very, very old cat we adopted about two years ago) the middle is Sadie ( Rotti/Lab mix), and Jack, the toddler cat. Second pic is Boone, our lovely, very much hair producing Husky/Shepard cross. These pics were just taken as they all laid around me, pretty much par for the course most evenings.

This is Our blue nose pit. Very sweet disposition. Our g. daughter named her - Duck. Can’t remember how she came up with that.

Our cat ( sophie ) , is MIA at the moment, probably hiding from duck, even though duck is never slightly aggressive to her…

Sophie showed up from a night out… Best rat cat we’ve ever had. Gets an occasional mole too, and decapitated a bird in our kitchen once…1808F7EB-F026-46D8-B736-5C776BF149FC.jpeg.6a857d388ff92e569353c2c4647bd033.jpegE8D573AF-B837-4B0F-B3FC-8EFC732EA0A3.jpeg.f45697247c9cd1e40c75fd95469b5ee5.jpeg

Got our doggo (Chloe) in December for our oldest son who has anxiety/depression. She's really helped him and sleeps with him every night. This is our second Shiba Inu (first one was way before kids and Dogecoin).

Not my dog, just some rando's at the launch pet.  Her name is Raven.  She stole one of my flip flops while I getting the boat ready, lol.

on the left, is sneakers.  on the right is kuro.  sneakers is super affectionate, and is usually only happy if she's touching me somehow.  kuro can be affectionate too, but it has to be her idea. if it's your idea,  then forget it, she's not interested. they are beagle/border collie.

they are stupid, and lightning fast. when they were pups, they chewed everything. brand new pair of work boots, 5" hole in the wall,  the kitchen linoleum. i have yet to see any toy last longer than 17 minutes.  even kong stuff.  my yard looks like the surface of the moon, and cutting what's left of the grass  is pretty tough. but, they are also super obedient.  doesn't matter how you try to distract them, if i call them, they come runnin as fast as they can 100% of the time. they also learned potty training faster than any dogs i ever had in my entire life. forget cutting their nails.  it ain't gonna happen.  they have techniques that would impress houdini, and they are relentless. best dogs i ever had, and i love them with all my heart.

if it wasn't for the honeysuckle vines that are pulling my fence down, there would be very little green in the back yard.
