As soon as I saw this photo, I imagined your dog thinking. "Take that Shaun White!"

Not a day of work done by this one.

On 2nd thought, she did locate a dead mouse inside the closet wall for me one time.

This is my buddy Boomer. His breed may be a Chiweenie, but he's really a Velcro Dog. If I go to the living room, he comes and sits on the couch with me. If I go work in my office, he follows me and will hang out in his dog bed.

He's been out on my kayak for a quick spin, but I don't take him fishing because there's not a lot of space and I'm worried he'll get too hot out there.

But here's something weir. He has this ritual when I get home from work. He has to have a Pupperoni treat when I get home, followed by dinner, followed by a Milk Bone. He will NOT eat them out of order. If I give them to him our of order, he'll sit next to me and stare at me. If I ignore him, he'll paw at me until I get it right. Weird dog.

I also found an old pic from 2016 when Bo didn’t have white hairs like his daddy

This is Chance, got him from the pound at 8 weeks. Had to rehome him, due to the home insurance doesn't allow for Pitties, was a clown, he hates having his pic taken, miss him dearly.

This is our current pup, Katie. Rescued her from the shelter. She had surgery at the shelter, so the day after we got her, took her to our Vet. Lucky we did, as she had a bad infection that would have killed her in a matter of days. Shepard mix she is now about 5 years old.

The 3 pictured together are no longer with us.  They used to all sleep in the same dog house when it was cold.  We moved ~20 miles in 2006.  Blue (the cat) jumped the fence and ran off right after we moved.  A few weeks later I stopped by my old house to check the mail.  Blue came running up and jumped in my truck.  He had lost a bunch of weight, but made it ~20 miles to his old home.  We got Pete, the beagle in the middle in 2000.  He died in 2014.  We got Katie, the other beagle in 2008.  She passed away last year.   Katie was lonely when Blue passed away in 2016.  We got  Sammy (beagle mix, pictured with my Grandson) from the pound to keep Katie company.

Dolly, the Yorkie in my first post looks all innocent in the boat.  She's a handful, and you can see in the picture of her dangling from my shorts.

Our blue-tick beagle mix Dixie, she had diabetes the last 5 yrs of her life. We literally spent more than a car payment keeping her going with her prescription food and insulin. My wife isn't ready for another dog yet and we ended up with two adopted cats, Graycie the Russian blue and Roxanne the Siamese.
