Zoom, but I don't buy them anymore because I'm tired of half the pack or more being deformed. Sometimes the boiling water trick works, sometimes it doesn't, but in the age of clam shell packaging this shouldn't even be an issue.

Weighted hooks are a must with Elaztech. But worth it when you can go from 20 - 30 fish per pack of Super Flukes to 250 - 300 per pack Jerkz Shadz. Z - Man is lacking on colors.

Pearl, Smokey shad, and green lantern are my 3 go-to’s for bass fishing. Ralphs shad is a good color as well.

i fished zoom flukes forever, but i've recently hopped onto the yamamoto d-shad train. the fall rate is fantastic with the heavy salt content and you cannot beat the senko "shimmy" that it has

Yea, the senko itself is a pretty good soft jerkbait.  I initially was going to say "I've jerked my senko a time or two", but thought it might be misconstrued.

I threw a 6th Sense Flush for the first time a couple of month ago because I ran out of normal Zoom Flukes that day... Now I only use Zoom Flukes if I run out of Flushes ?‍♂️

Is the Flush really that good?

You can't go wrong with Zoom flukes and Bass assassins, fun the skip also.

When I want a little less weight and a bait that has a really nice shimmy on the fall, I throw a Keitech easy shiner 4".........say under docks or tight grass mats when I want the bait there longer.

Well, they definately catch fish... As far as why I like them over the Fluke - The first day I threw them I had the best soft jerkbait bite that I have ever had while skipping docks, and was catching good size too. Could the Fluke have caught those same fish? Maybe... But those kind of days really beef up your confidence in something and ever since, Flush has been my prime soft jerkbait... and the pattern has been repeated multiple times. I also think they look a little better on the jerk.

My favorite is the Caffeine Shad followed by the old dependable Super Fluke , most of you guys are familiar with both so I won't add anything to that .  One that has performed well for me this spring is the Grande Bass Airtail Shad. It has a hollowed out tail that can hold a rattle. It comes in the package with a glass rattle which I now know but was not aware of when I first tried it. So I used a smaller size ball bearing jig rattle as I had several lying around as I usually fish jigs without the rattles and stockpiled a few . Sticking it in the tail gave the bait a Senko like shimmy with a tail whip that is similar to a Caffiene Shad along with a nice clicking sound.  It produced one of my biggest fish of the spring and has won a place in my arsenal and might be worth a try if you are looking for something a little different than the baits that have already been mentioned.
