Buy a high definition lake map from Army corp of engineers?

Can this be done?   Lakemaster and navionics do not have a high definition map for the paticular lake.  I contacted the state parks dept who run the lake they said they have the map but its not for sale

Yes you should be able to buy the maps you need.  You can also download most if not all of their maps.
 

Here’s what’s available from the Nashville district office.   They should have something similar for your area.

Government Topographic maps are usually in 5’ elevation increments, sometimes in 3’.
