They can't seem to get Basstrakk updated. Odd. Swindle is listed as No activity, but keeps catching fish.

No, just heard Zona talking about. Glad I didn't. I'd rather not see it.

I caught the tail end, just seemed like a same spot issue.

From what I gathered is they both fished there at some point yesterday

Today Gman started off there and then DiPalma showed up

Casting to the same small area, Gman dragged Dipalmas lure to the boat a few times

As DiPalma was coming towards Gmans boat,  Gman told the camera guy to film "this guy"

Sounded like Gman big brothered him and told him to move on, son.

hahah as much as i think drama on the water is dumb, envisioning swindle in my head dragging greg's lure to his boat is cracking me up

Yes, you can’t legally livewell a fish between 16 and 24 inches on fork. So they weigh them on the boat

Personally, I wish all tourneys were like this. Especially if it's during the spawn. Some of my local lakes get hammered with tourneys during the spawn and they have the weigh-in format.

I enjoyed the camaraderie at the end and three guys in the century club.

But I am confused: did G-man and Palaniuk tie for second, or is there a valid reason why Bass is showing BP in #2 and G in #3?

I have heard no reason why he is listed as in second place. I have a few theories though (which are probably wrong). They do it like golf and when competitors tie, they take the second and third place winnings, add them up and divide by 2 so they both win equal amounts of money. The next theory is that BP had the 5 best total for a day and the third theory is it's just in alphabetical order.

Bryan New sure won't be getting his tab picked up by the locals next time he's in a Longview area restaurant, that's for sure. ??

I don't like to judge others, but what an idiot. LOL

EDIT* I shouldn't have said idiot, but when you almost catch 100 lbs you probably shouldn't say the lake basically sucks.

No kidding. Not a good look, at all. And he just kept doubling down. I'm surprised he didn't get booed off the stage.

Just in case someone ever wonders why BP beat Gman for second when they tied as I did.  Here is the answer from another site:

"Ties are broken by the heaviest single-day weight. Palaniuk’s 30-01 limit on Day 2 topped Swindle’s Day-1 limit of 29-07."
