A friend of mine is going to be there next week.  Does anyone have any idea what is working on small mouth now.

I might be making a trip up there in the next week or so myself. I didn’t hear much for opener reports on brown bass last weekend, as all the reports I saw were targeting walleye with crank baits or live bait. I can tell you that as of yesterday the water temp was only 48 on the main lake and 50 in the bays. I would be using a perch colored jerk bait with long pauses.
